Our leading edge ICs are used by all major vehicle manufacturers in extremely high volumes., With major design centers in Tempe (Arizona), Detroit (Michigan), Toulouse (France) and Moscow (Russia) we cooperate internally to develop products working with customers globally., , Responsibilities:, Inside new product introduction group you are in charge of designing analog and mixed-signal application specific integrated circuits (IC) for automotive and industrial applications., You perform classical tasks of analog IC designer: specification discussion, architecture selection, translating specification into electrical schematic using existing components of IC technology (mosfets, bipolars, diodes, resistors, capacitors), simulation, layout review and post-layout follow up. Once first prototype is available, you measure performance and provide support during qualification. As needed you redesign until product fits application., You participate in definition of product / system with customers and system engineering group from specification to qualification and production launch., Your expertise influences roadmaps and technology choices., You utilize full potential of SMARTMOS technology (Freescale SmartPower technology embedding analog, digital, power and memory), High Voltage MOSFET and IGBTs to offer best cost-performance trade off to our worldwide customers., According to your profile, scope of your responsibilities may also include leading from a technical stand point a team of analog designers and layout person during product development., , Requirements:, 5+ years of analog design experience., Expertise in analog circuit design theory., Familiarity with and ability to design traditional analog MOS and BJT circuits such as references, amplifiers, oscillators, detection circuits, filters, auto-zero and matching circuits, linear and switching regulators. Good understanding of feedback analysis and loop compensation skills., Proven experience with IC in Bipolar and/or BiCMOS technology, history of projects with demonstrated technical contribution., Desirable skills include working understanding of ESD and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) techniques and testing procedures, experience with mixed-signal design tools similar to Verilog-AMS, knowledge of Cadence Custom IC tools., English, written and verbal, sufficient for technical discussions., , We offer:, Successful candidates will be offered a professional career in a multinational company., Competitive salary &amp, valuable benefits are part of the offer., English lessons will be provided if needed!, You will be supported by the on job training as needed!, , You can apply directly online on the site.
