Position Purpose:, , Timely and accurate cost and schedule information and preparing cost estimates and schedules, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and variances, and preparing forecasts to assist the Project Manager in controlling the cost and schedule performance of a project., , Principal accountabilities:, , PDP III:, ,
Establish a request for Information System for controlling information flow to and from the engineering contractor, equipment vendor, and contract labor providers,
Include appropriate responsibilities in contractual arrangements as required (i.e., schedule of values/claiming criteria, frequency of schedule updates,
(together with Procurement manager), and requests for information (RFI) and change request (CR) management for the engineering consultant, equipment vendors and contract-labor providers),
Define progress measurement system requirements (schedule of values/claiming criteria) and responsible parties,
Define status reporting requirements and responsible parties., , , PDP IV:, ,
Identify the influencing factors that may impact the cost and schedule baseline,
Integrate Cost and Schedule Management Plans into the Execution Phase activities and overall project schedule,
Determine and document changes to the cost or schedule baseline when events occur,
Forecast changes to the cost and schedule baselines using Earned Value techniques and Change Management process,
Identify and document changes to the Scope of Work (or Scope of Facility) by Change Order,
Draw down contingency using Change Order process,
Inform appropriate stakeholders of changes,
Maintain/progress the project schedule on at least a weekly basis,
Analyze the critical and near-critical path activities to align the team around the highest priority work activities,
Provide two-week schedule projections to pertinent project team, engineering team and contract labor providers to communicate upcoming tasks/project needs., , , Required qualifications:, , Education (includes formal education, certifications, accreditations, etc), • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Experience, • 5 years experience, Technical Skills, • Experience in controlling of large construction projects, • PC skills (“1C”, Excel), • English, , Behavioral, , • Strong personality, • Excellent planning and organizing skills, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Highly motivated with collaborative working style at the same time with ability to work independently, • Drive for result, • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, • Attention to detail, • Proven analytical skills, • High learning capacity, • Ability to adapt positively to a changing environment, • Ability to deal with conflict, , Preferred qualifications:, , Education (includes formal education, certifications, accreditations, etc), •
