Leadership
• Responsible for advancing company core values
• Accountable for working with leaders of the company to improve sales operational effectivenessand advance the execution of company priorities
Functional Responsibilities
- Creation of a sales network
• Responsible for setting business development strategies
• Manage execution of sales plan against company revenue and profitability targets to produce results that achieve or exceed goals
• Measure and report on all sales initiatives (pipeline and forecasts), client experiences, opportunities and achievements
• Motivate sales team; understand and build upon unique ambitions and goals, providing recognition and positive reinforcement
• Ensure staff effectively utilize company systems and processes
• Liaison between sales, purchasing, product development and design to ensure production levels satisfy showroom and presentation needs
• Support sales team with presentations, on-boarding of new clients and product placement strategies
Requirements
3+ years Sales, Account Management or related experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework/degree preferred)
Experience cold calling in a field environment
Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, motivating)
High level of business acumen
A passion for sales and motivating salespeople
Multi-level marketing experience a plus
English/Italian bilingual skills are a plus.
