Customer Service Executive:

• Currently based at the Axiom Service Centre in Abu Dhabi servicing our existing mobile customers (walk ins) using Nokia, Sony Ericson, Imate, LG and Samsung.
• Assist customers with data support and provide service over the phone.
• Continously follow up with customers and coordinate with the customer service and technical team by ensuring the customer needs are well taken care of and in a timely manner.
• Responsbible for all computer related issues in the branch such as network, maintenance, software installation, etc.
• Acting In Charge of the branch when the Operation Supervisor is absent.

Logistics Coordinator:

• Managed the incoming and outgoing transactions of the Abu Dhabi branch.
• Coordinated the logistics of the branch through internal channels.
• Prepared and submitted daily transaction reports and submitted to the Head.
• Reporting directly to the head of logistic department.
