В компанию "ГОСТИНИЧНЫЙ КОМПЛЕКС АККОР МОСКВА ПАВЕЛЕЦКАЯ БАХРУШИНА" требуется Barman
International group ACCOR - European leader in hospitality industry and service will open new project in Moscow city, near metro Paveletskaya - Hotel complex ibis Mercure Adagio Moscow Paveletskaya Bakhrushina. , Accor hotel complex will have 425 rooms, 8 conference rooms, two restaurant, two bar, fitness center, free wi-fi, library and other facilities., , Your duties will include:, • Promotes the bar offer, • Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty, • Knows all the bar and menu products (beverage technical guidelines), • Manages the stocks and setup for the bar in line with brand standards, • Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition, • Applies the procedures for opening and closing a point of sale, • Promotes the bar',s special offers, cocktails and full range of products, • Creates the right atmosphere for the hotel',s bar concept, • Helps manage stocks and inventories, • Manages invoicing and cash operations for bar services, • Is responsible for the bar',s cash holdings
